WHO WE ARE

 

New Vision Church of God in Christ is a member of The Church of God in Christ, Inc (COGIC). The international headquarters of the church is in Memphis, TN, under the leadership of the Presiding Bishop, Bishop Charles E. Blake, Sr. The International church is composed of the General Board, the Board of Bishops, Jurisdictions, Districts, and local individual churches. New Vision Church of God In Christ is in the Middle Georgia District, under the leadership of the District Superintendent, Elder David A. Taylor. The Middle Georgia District is in the Northern Georgia Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, under the leadership of the Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop Mark Walden.

In 2013, our church was organized under the name of New Vision Church of God in Christ.  The church started out utilizing the Holiday Inn Express meeting room as a place for worship services.  Under the leadership of Pastor Feggins, several buildings were looked at with no success.  However, in December 2014, the Lord showed favor in locating the current location for worship services located at 901 Gunn Road, Suite 1800, Byron, Ga.  31008.

 

Since the inception of this ministry, church membership and tithing has increased tremendously.

Jail House Ministry every other Monday Night at 7:00 pm

Peach County Law Enforcement Center, Fort Valley Ga.

 

Prison Ministry every 4th Friday Night at 6:30 pm

Macon State Prison, Oglethorpe, Ga.

 

Host Ministry for BJ’s Caring Academy located in

Virginia Beach, Virginia
